I am trying to remove the cross member and i have 1 bolt that just keeps spinning. Any suggestions.

The nuts are accesable fomr inside the tub and require cutting a hole. There was thread in last couple of weeks with pictures try a search it may help.

^^^i dont think your gonna be able to get inside of the frame by cutting holes in the tub...

I would go ahead and cut it your going to have to replace it anyways.

Lets say i cut out with a sawzall. The nut is now free with half of the bolt still in it while its inside the frame right? How do i replace it?

There called nutserts or blind nuts. After you remove me it you drill a hole for the new nutsert. Slide the new nutsert in and tighten it down following the directions. The nut is inside the frame and crushes down on it to stay in place. Fairly easy to do. I had to to 4 out of 6 on mine. Hope this helps
