I have a 2006 Wrangler that leaks at the end of the Proportioning Block where the Bleeder Cap attaches. Any suggestions?

I have a 2006 Wrangler that leaks at the end of the Proportioning Block where the Bleeder Cap attaches. Any suggestions?
It does look like a bleeder screw but it isn't. The end you see has a hollow tube on the end of it that goes over the end of the plunger and spring that provides the proportional part of the rear bias. There are 2 o-rings one internal and one external on the tube that make it seal.

Simply pull the "bleeder" off, careful not to lose the spring and replace the o-rings. That should stop the leak. If you need help with o-rings, I think I have a couple of sets.
