went to look at the aftermath today not near NYC but in Little Ferry. I drove though about a foot of water for a good min. should i be concerned? Im pretty sure it wasn't salt water just that the storm drains were backing out.

The jeep is 3 days old haha.

Your fine read the manual. Didn't your parents teach you to read directions? I thin it says like 30inches or so. I blast through foot deep puddles daily you'll be fine

You will be fine, as many stated, you can drive in water up to 30" for the most part but thats fresh water were shorting isn't a huge problem. Saying that, you can't drive fast through even a foot of water. If you splash water too high you can get water in your intake and cause hydro lock. Not that it will happen, just can happen when going too fast.
