I have a 99 TJ with 32x11.5/15 on 10 inch wide rims right now and also have 6 inch fender flares. The tires match up with the rims perfectly and look good. I'm wanting to get a new set of wheels and was wondering if with this setup, if I'm going to have to stay with 10" wide wheels in order to match up with the fender flares. I'm unsure of the backspacing the current rims have. I'm going to take one off tomorrow and do some measuring. If the tires don't match with the flares is that going to look really terrible?

I don't mind going with 10" honestly but there is a lot more selection with 8" wide rims.

Thanks for you input!

The width of the rim isn't going to change how far it sticks out past the flare. Only the width of the tire and backspacing will.
