Hey fellers,

My radiator started leaking profusely recently and i can't find the source. I don't think wear-and-tear caused it seeing as the radiator itself is barely a year old. The valve on the bottom is closed and there are no visible cracks. All the hoses are secure. it looks like its just seeping out of the bottom. any help please :atomic:

Go buy, rent, beg, borrow, or steal a coolant system pressure tester. Also test the radiator cap. To test the radiator pump up the pressure to 15lbs and start looking where coolant is coming out at. To test the cap again pressure up to 15lbs and see if it holds pressure. If not replace cap.

The correct radiator cap is supposed to hold up to 18 lbs. of pressure before venting.

You mentioned it's only a year old, after you do your pressure check, contact who you purchased it from, you may get a warranty replacement.
