I had the radio replaced by the dealer because the Nav wouldn't function.
Now there is a blue "JEEP"logo on the display and I can't get it to not be displayed. I went through the controls but nothing works.
Is there a new problem with this radio?

You might try removing the fuse to the radio for 10+ minutes or so, reinsert it and see if that fixes the problem. Just turning the radio off still has power going to it. I don't know the fuse # for the radio but it would be in your owners manual.

I've read stories of various other problems on the forum where people have removed a battery cable for a few minutes and cycling the power fixed the issue.

Edit: I just checked my owners manual. For a 2013 it is a blue 15A fuse, located in space M10 in the power distribution box under the hood.

I'd say it's a software problem, take it back and let them look at it.
