Rampage Rear Recovery Bumper

Anyone know what two long bolts above the hitch they are talking about? Says to remove two long bolts and the only long bolts I see hold the hitch on. Possibly the two outer ones?

Never mind. Didn't realize stock hitch won't work with bumper.
