I need help to figure out what this noise might be. It mostly happens for a few seconds just after start up. However does occasionally come on for a few seconds when jeep has been running for some time.

To me it sounds like a system/pump is initializing/running? even a small air compressor. (I do not have air lockers, No compressors installed)

2014 JKU Rubicon Here is the link to the noise. Any help yoiu guys can give is appreciated. I do not really want to go to dealership to find out.

Vacuum pump. The 3.6 doesn't make enough vacuum on it's own for the power brake booster, so there is a vacuum pump usually mounted int eh front bumper, but many people relocate them inside the engine compartment when they change bumpers or install winches. In there you can hear it as opposed to outside at the bumper.
