I bought a 2018 JK in 12/18.

As long as I can remember, there has been a rattle sound from underneath the driver side floorboard.

I thought I had it found, when I discovered a couple push nuts were missing from the heat shield under the driver floorboard. Added the missing push nuts, rattle still there..

It isn't always there. Sometimes I can drive for miles and not hear it... other times it sounds like something is about to fall off the Jeep.

I can feel it in the driver floorboard under my left foot, when I have it flat on the floor, next to the kick panel. Sometimes it sounds like it's coming from the kick panel.

I've added rubi-rails and sliders. I have checked & rechecked the bolts three times, all at proper torque.

I have put my hands on all the suspension pieces and found nothing loose.. I have put my hands on all the exhaust parts, nothing loose..

I have an appointment at the dealer next week.....

I was just wondering if this issue is familiar to anyone here.....???

Thanks

noises travel. I know sometimes the parking brake cables bang around. Also check to make sure some jokester did not put a rock in your frame.
