I would look at the track bar bushings. I had this happen on a ZJ w/ an 8.8 rear end and put off fixing it and I ended up costing me. The rear got out of line bending up my coil springs really bad. And eventually blew out a new 35" Mickey Thompson bc it was rubbing on the bent coil.
