Lost a rear caliper bolt causing the caliper to Lt back and come in contact with the rim, shaving a bit of it off. Anyone happen to know he part number, or bolt specs and torque value for this part?

I would go to the dealer with this picture and get a new bolt it or two. They can also tell you the torque spec. Can't imagine it's more that about 25 foot pounds.

26 ft pounds is spec, I used to use locktite blue, just did mine with the red though and had to go back into it the next day and was able to wrench it off no problem. Certainly couldn't imagine it working itself loose though.
