I have an 01 tj that I have had some rear seat issues here lately. I know I'm missing the r clips that are supposed to be inserted to prevent the seat from sliding out like it has been doing. However, I am noticing that people have a plastic bushing on the bracket that bolts down to the tub. I don't have these, and I'm noticing that there is some play in the seat when it is folded up. Like I can move it up and down a little since it's missing that bushing. Is this bushing necessary? If so, where can I buy them without the bracket? Any help would be appreciated.

Mine is missing the plastic bits as well. I solved the issue of it falling out of the bracket with a large pair of pliers and a pry bar. Just bent them together just enough that I could barely get the seat in, now it stays put just fine.
