Is there a right or wrong way to put the rear springs in? Like which way the upper or lower tang should face, since there is no stop like the front.

the front tapers down and the coil never stops, so it sits in that tapered channel with a stop.
the rears are flattened coils and really doesn't matter as far as i know. i put mine serial# out for my own OCD.
