That fairlead is for a 4500lb ATV winch.

What kind of winch and vehicle is breaking 3 different roller fairleads?

What kind of winching are you doing?

Winch is 10.5k
The box says 8000lbs.
It's still a little light for the winch perhaps, but there is no way I was putting 8000lbs on it yesterday.... 3 or 4 maybe. Had to do a sideways pull.... couldn't go forward or backward more than a foot or so.

The other two I broke doing large tree limbs. The winch cable pretty much goes straight up and places a lot of pressure on the top roller.

I hate all the fn noise they make driving washboard dirt roads.

Ha, i wish my Jeep was quiet enough on a washboard road that i could hear the roller fairlead making noise.

Never noticed any noise, but I supposed it could be noisy if the rollers were loose enough.
They were, likely a cheaper model, came with my Smittybilt xrc 8k, but when I got my Warn for my JK it came with the hawse.
