There's so many variables in choosing the right lift and only you'll be able to decided base on your research.
3.5 to 4 inches is a whole 'nother animal and you probably can't do it right for $1500. Remember, a 2.5 inch lift actually gives you 3-3.5 inches of lift, can be done for $1200 bucks and doesn't require a bunch of other mods like a new drive shaft, brake lines, control arms, track bars, etc.
