relay for extra lights

I just bought some extra lights to put on my jeep and a new switch. I know I need a relay and was wondering if someone can tell me what type you use? Do I need to get a relay and a socket to plug it into so I can wire to it or are there ones out there that have some sort of terminals right on the relay to connect the wires? Thanks

I have used this one from jegs.com on several occasions. it's probably overkill for what you need (40 amp) but it's cheap and waterproof and will take a lot of abuse. wiring is pretty straight forward.
