This winter I had a little run in in with one of those solid wooden posts along the edges of the rode while out in a blizzard, needless to say the pole won and my door got a pretty new size dent in it to the point where you can only roll the window down so far and i can only open it from the inside. I ended up finding a stripped donor shell off craigslist that had the door shell and thats it no windows or everything. I took all the bolts I could find off my current door but couldn't figure out how to remove the window without breaking something, has anyone done this before? I really don't want to buy a "new" passenger full door

You will need to remove the tracks that hold it in place when it rolls down. Then you should be able to move the window one way or another to get the track to slide off the rollers. Be sure both window felts are removed also or the track will get stuck on them.
