Repair Manual

I'm looking for a repair manual that will cover rebuilding a manual transmission. Any suggestions for the best book to get? I've used Chilton's repair manuals for things in the past any other suggestions?

I bought a CD from Bishko for my 95 YJ that has the entire FSM scanned. I've used it several times, just print the pages I need. Nice thing about it is you don't have to haul down the whole book. Comes in handy when you are under the vehicle.
