Dropped the gas tank skid -- nuts came off fine after soaking them in penetrating oil.
Want to replace all 7 carriage bolts that hold up with skid with 5/16 x ~1.25" stainless ones.
The rear four bolts are very easy to get to - no problem there.
Is it possible to access the front 3 carriage bolts?
Do I have to cut holes in the tub (to get the the front three)?
Here's two pics of a front bolt and a pic of a rear

Thanks for any advice

Iirc I think I had to replace one and I believe I used a pry bar to get just enough room...

That said... if your original hardware came apart without breaking, then I'd just put a little never seize on em and put it back together...

A pry bar? I guess you pried back some of the frame section (on the front bolts)? That's an interesting idea.

But yes, that that I cannot replace are getting antisieze indeed.
