I wanted to know if anyone has the Rockcrawler HD Steering in their TJ/LJ's and how they like it. Im deciding on this upgrade because it eliminates the ugly steering stabilizer aka steering damper.

my rock crawler has the Performance Steering Components full hydraulic steering..it works great..Only problem is I am not into rock crawling but it handles great on the road too..

I'm pretty sure full hydraulic steering is not street legal. A ram assist steering is though.
someone else told me that so I looked it up..what I found was that Tennessee is the only state that has anything prohibiting it..they don't allow any steering modification

Being as how the RK setup uses stock tre I don't see it being any better than stock, IMO.
