If you search this forum for "rough ride" you will find all the info you need about springs, shocks, track bar removal, sway bar disconnects, etc. Remember, it's a YJ. It's not going to ride smooth.
Is it lifted maybe the shackles weren't torqued correctly. Look at your tire pressures. I f you have big tires and they are maxed out that will be a rough rider. I am currently running 28lbs on the street and it it is alot more comfortable than 35psi. So there are a few little things to look at that may smooth out the ride a little. Oh and by the way if the seats are nbeat that will also makke it seem rougher.
