Is it possible to install these things Rubicon express tierod and drag link while the Jeep is on the ground or does it have to be off the wheels?

Going to have to take the wheels off to get to the tie rod ends at the very least.... in order to do that, it is advised to lift it off the ground first :)

You can take the factory parts off on the ground with the wheels on and install the drag link and the pass side tie rod on the ground with the wheel on but most likely you will need to jack up the drivers side of the axle to get the wheel off the ground so you can turn the wheel out to get the tie rod into the inside of the rim and then rotate the wheel back in place as you slip the tie rod end into the knuckle hole, depends on the size of the tie rod ends and this also all depends on your rims and the backspacing if you will have enough room to work in there.
I just did a Metalcloak DL flip kit and Fusion tie rod kit last week with the above steps

Don't forget to bungee cord or tie your steering wheel straight in place so it doesn't accidently spin after you remove the drag link.
