im wanting to apply a rust converter to my frame to eliminate the rust that has built up over the past 2 winters. i came across this one, but im not sure if its the best one to use or not.

anyone here have any recommendations for a rust converter, and then a spray paint to go over it?

Buddy of mine swears by Por-15. No need to paint over it.

Couldn't get anything from your link.
I've used Ospho. Chemically converts rust back to metal. DOES need to be primed/painted.
Ospho Rust Treatment - Since 1947

POR-15 is likely your best rust solution though.

fixed the link now.
POR-15. It's a pain of a process, but worth it if you want it to last.
Looked underneath my JK and saw a good amount of rust. Saw this video and I'll be doing this within the next few weeks.
This is the industrial grade stuff...
