Saddle interior opinions

Looking at a new 12 Rubi unlimited with black exterior and the saddle leather seats. I'm on the fence about the saddle color. It looks a bit odd with the black carpets and dash. Why the hell wouldnt they make the whole interior saddle? Anybody have this color combo? BTW I was'nt planning on getting a black JKU but this Rubi is decked out with a 3.25 lift and 35's and looks like a mean ass mother. The color has really grown on me.

I did not go with the saddle for that reason.
Looks like it is half done.
Rob ....

Yeah, it's kind of odd. Not a complete deal breaker but it's a bit strange that Chrysler went half way with the interior color on this option.
I think it looks good, I would have done more saddle color on the seats to even it out a little more. Too much saddle would kill it though.
Not a fan of saddle, but I think on a black exterior it would look even more out of place.
I love it. I'm about to pull the trigger on this one... True Blue with Saddle.

I think the black/saddle interior combo looks best with a black exterior. It also looks good with other colors, but best with black. Gives it only 2 colors as opposed to 3 with any other color exterior.

If you like the Jeep, buy it.

I'd have to agree. I like the way it breaks up the black exterior.

Well I'll find out today if I'm getting it or not. I'm going to really low ball the dealer on this unit. It's been on their lot for a while. It's a 12 Rubi with 35's, black wheels and a 3.25 lift. They want a ridiculous amount for it and they have a bunch of 13's sitting on the lot. I'm going to play up the engine ticking problem and see if I can steal it from them.

Saddle leather rules.
It really breaks up the black.

I wish the saddle cloth would have been....saddle.

I"m on the side of disliking saddle. I went with a 2012 COD over a 2013 Rubicon because of it.
I like saddle, but I like a silver exterior better than a black exterior (it's too hot here for an all black vehicle) and saddle doesn't look good with silver like it does with black.

Why not just get a 2013 Rubi with black interior?

I think saddle looks best with black as well...but....I love saddle with silver or billet because it gives it an upscale look. Reminds me of a G-Wagon.
I love the 2 tone interior, it has been around for yrs in other vehicles & popular amongst high ends.

I have a 2012 sahara 2 door with Brite silver exterior and saddle leather interior. I get so many compliments on the color combo. To me the leather in the saddle is very rich and easy to clean
I have the saddle and black . I also thought it was a bit wired, but it has grown on me .
