3 days after rolling off the lot I managed to sink my 05 4.0L Wrangler into a deceptively deep mud hole in Spring, TX. No big deal thought I, Jeeps are made for this stuff. The water didn't even get sucked up into the intake (which I was worried about). After getting yanked out all was well - for a day or so. Then the AC crapped out. The Service shop said that water had backed up into the AC system through the little tube that sticks out of the firewall. What is that all about? Had to buy a new actuator and hope that was the only thing screwed up. Anyone else had this problem? More important - how do I avoid it again?
