Ok I have my sbc and Holley sniper efi all wired up and ready to go and it runs! Haha but I'm wondering what is the simplest way to wire the cs130 alternator in the Jeep I see alot of mixed opinions on it mainly concerned about the "idiot light/diode" deal a local mechanic told me all I need is the battery stud to the battery wire. But I haven't read about anybody doing that online. All input is appreciated

I am running a single wire alternator on my SBC. I would need to go back and confirm but I believe it is wired from the B+ buss in the power center (basically directly to the battery). I have the Jeep volt gauge connected to 12V somewhere (stock ??) and it reads 14 volts when running normally.
