My favorite memory is hands down a run at Corral canyon being the hardest black diamond trail I’ve done to date. We went with a forum member I met on here with our daily driver budget builds, and two rigs with lockers, 35’s and 2.5”+ lifts.we made it through with just the right level of challenging and had a blast while at it.

1995 Jeep YJ Rio Grande
2.5L 5-Speed

I’ve done the following:
1. New Springs- stock height, Crown replacements.
2. Soft top
3. Full exhaust from the manifold back
4. General maintenance to be road worthy.

I just love driving this Jeep. It’s old, uncomfortable, smelly, and slow, but so much fun, even on the street tires the PO put on it. It will crawl over anything!

Being in IA, there isn’t much crawling ,or trail riding, but a local motocross track opens up annually to allow Jeep’s to drive the property. I had not had that much fun in a very long time. I can’t wait to do that again. Otherwise, it’s a weekend gravel road rig and my ride to the fishing hole.

So this is 92 yj still a work in progress and probably always will, but this is what I've done so far.

Tossed the 2.5l and ax5, and swapped in a ford 302 with a np435, and np205
Griffin 2 row radiator
Homemade remote shifter
Jb fab twin stick
Novak hydraulic slave cylinder
Adam's CV rear driveshaft
Stock 4.11 dana 30 and 35 at the moment 😳
American racing 15" wheels
33x10.5 km2's
Runva 9500lb half spool winch
Homemade bumper
4" lift
Quadratec shocks
5/8" heim joint crossover steering
Power stop brakes and braided ss brake hoses.

Favorite memories so far are seeing my passengers faces when I get on it or people's reactions when I pull up to lights/parking lots lol
