Surprised there's not more 40s being posted on this thread. They're getting pretty common in the group I wheel with.

4" + 1.25" body lift for me.
4.5 Metal Cloak on mine.

I see that you both have 14's Mines a 16

Did you have to trim any sheetmetal in the fender wells to fit the 40's ?

I just put a Metalcloak 3.5" lift and 37's Cooper SST Pro's on and the lower fender behind the rear tire looks like it could be close at full flex.

I trimmed the pinch seams on my '14. The '18 (on 37s) I trimmed the entire area inside the Poison Spyder fenders. It was quite a bit.

what motors do you guys have running 40s, V6 American?

Yup, 3.6 and it does just fine, with the correct gearing, but a Hemi is in the plans. I want to put a few more miles on the 3.6 first. Currently at 42k.

interesting. Is it possible for you to post pictures of the 2.8 i-4? Inline 4, right?
Here is an overhead from the build. The AC Compressor isn't hooked up. Special Note the battery isn't under the hood. This is the Factory 2.8L i-4 not the Cummins swap.
