Ace makes some that works with the Rubi rails:

ACE JK Rock Sliders (4 Door)

I've read good things about them. Don't know if Q'tec carries them.

There isn't a lot of options if you want to keep the Rubicon rails.

I went with the ACE and have been happy with them.

Those actually don't look to bad!! I just don't want to have to un-install the rails bc I think that's a nice feature that it comes with you know.

Your other option would be the Barricade Rock Sliders:

These, too, will fit just fine on a Rubicon while leaving the factory rails in place. (I just did that with mine.)
