I was going to head to an auto parts store and pick up some goodies but everything I want is cheaper on Amazon, and my guys at the shop will do all the work free of charge so here's my questions....

2004 Wrangler Columbia Edition

Is the K&N 33-2114 High Performance Replacement Air Filter the right choice? How often should I pop it out and clean it?

Headlights - Sylvania H6024ST SilverStar 65-Watt High Performance Halogen Headlight, Pack of 1
Do I just buy the bulbs or do I need the entire enclosure? Are these things worth it at $20/each? I definitely need some extra light where I live and I'm not quite ready to buy some KCs!

Thanks for any help.

no.

once. pop it out to replace with a good paper filter.

the stock lights are sealed beams. you can only replace them with new sealed beams, or you need to install a housing which will accept bulbs. The stock wiring will handle 55watt lights, any more and you need to change the harness.

I like these:

X2 on the don't use K&N comment. Worst filter of airborn dirt since the screen door in a Texas dust storm.

I replaced my stock sealed beams with the Silverstar units last year and am quite happy with them. Big improvement over the stock units.
