There is a very small vacuum line that plugs into a "T" connector and the travels against the firewall, behind the master cylinder, to the EVAP canister(at least I think that's what it's called...large black box on the driver side fender under the hood?). I hit this small vacuum line and I guess because of weathering it simply snapped and broke. When it broke, I could hear air escaping. This was while the car was off. I taped it back together but the entire tube needs to be replaced. Anyone know what this line is?

I believe it is probably the vacuum that operates the ac/heating vents and directs the ac/heat to one area or the other. There is a vacuum canister that stores the vacuum when the engine is not running.
