Hey i just thought about doing this, Let me know if its been done. Can you just flip your lift springs up side down? I have the extended break lines, and big shocks.. And it looks like you can just flip the leaf springs upside down, and go up at least another 3 or 4 inches..

SOA stands for spring over axle. basically, you cut off your stock spring pads and weld on new ones on top of the axles. it generally adds 5-6 inches of lift. there is not a cheap way to do this. along with the work required, you would need even longer shocks, probably brakes lines longer then you already have, a SYE and new rear drive shaft. you also have to change the steering around so everything lines up properly. do some research and look a little more into all the specifics of what goes into it. it is not a simple cheap way to add a few inches of lift.
