I'm thinking about getting some soft half doors for the summer so I can have doors while on the highway then take them off and throw them in the back. Does anyone have them or use them and if so do you like them? I found them at JC Whitney.com for $175, does anyone know where they might be cheaper other than ebay? Thanks

I thought about that too, the full doors are nice when its cold, but I deffinatly miss my half doors for the ability to toss em in the back when its nice.

Just my opinion, but when I get mine I am gonna get them with the uppers too. That way if it rains or something I am not stuck. Some of those half doors CANNOT accept the uppers. Usually they wont advertise that they wont accept uppers, they usually only advertise that they do.

I would get a set like this http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/...02046/p-2002046/N-111+10208+600007819/c-10108

Only an extra 200 and you get total closure in bad weather.

Try 4WD hardware. They were a bit cheaper, and good people to deal with.

Thanks for all the info, I don't think I am going to worry about the upper part of the doors and just go with the lower section. I will only have these doors on when it is nice out so I can toss them in the back easily.

I agree to go doorless, I have a wife that doesn't like the massive amount of wind that she gets on the highway. City streets she likes the doors off but not at high speeds.
