I could be wrong, but I think the tops on the '13s are vinyl.
At any rate, I use Aerospace 303 on mine (aftermarket ORH) in the spring and fall, when I take the top off for summer and put it back on for winter. I lay the parts out on my worktable, spray it with 303 (not on windows) scrub it into the canvas with a light bristle brush and wipe of the excess. Works like Rain-X for the soft top...
Also, Bestop (which makes the OEM tops) carries a cleaner and a protectent for their soft tops. Should be able to find it on any Jeep site.
