Trying to connect mine, but have no clue how, can someone post a picture of where their sound bar connects under the dash?
I'm a dumb dumb when it comes to wiring but if I can figure it out I'm sure you can. Splice into what's there... if that doesn't do it you'll have to chase it down or run new wires.Stock radio, looks to be same colors. I am not proficient in wiring.
Not at home and can't remember, but I pull the radio and the wires off the harness run down behind the dash tightly wrapped in tape and such (they haven't been cut up that far) should I be looking for wires on the passenger or drivers side because I have been looking from the drivers side and have found nothing cutWattapunk said:Your stock radio should have just 4 speakers output. 2 front dash and 2 rear for the soundbar(left/right). If it's a factory soundbar, then just match up the wires and reconnect the wires. You can pull your radio and easily see the cut wires if you can't access with the radio intact. What colors are your soundbar wires?
Uggg, The plug for junction box (the bottom plug) is not there...cruel world!!! Anyone know what I would call this plug so I can see about maybe getting another? The harness will not lead straight back to the radio. It travels up to the front of the vehicle with other wires, like your brake lights, and rear wiper/defrost wires. I just looked up under my dash, and saw the wires go directly into the bottom red plug of the junction box, the same colors as I listed above. Ensure your wires that you have are the same colors as I listed, otherwise someone did something really funky with the wiring.
I did not trace the wires after the junction block, but they likely just join the other radio wiring and run to the radio from there. Good luck!
What sound bar do you have? How many speakers?Enemy said:My soundbar doesnt have any power to the driverside rear speaker. I swapped the speakers and I get the same result. FWIW my wiring was brown/yellow and blue/yellow
