I have an aftermarket spare tire carrier (JCR Adventure Carrier), and just bought new wheels and tires. The new wheels don't sit flush against the spare tire carrier, causing some noise. JCR recommended that I get separate isolators and referred me to Quadratec, but I can't find anything that isn't a replacement for the little rubber bumpers that go on the back door of the Jeep. A google search led me to a slew of sites, but they are all related to specific spare tire carriers. Anyone have any suggestions or ideas?

Isn't the carrier adjustable? My shield carrier from them is. Is your backspacing so low you can't shorten the mount enough?

Yes, that's right. It will only have a 5.7" backspacing, and it won't/doesn't rest against the tire carrier itself. I assumed (wrongly) that since the mount was adjustable, it wouldn't be an issue and didn't think about it.
