I prefer "brute force" brand U-Joints. They are lifetime free replacement and are carried at most automotive stores around here. Spicers are good to, just cant find a local retailer for them so the replacement is a PITA.
An 18 wheeler supply shop isnt going to have little bitty dana 30 - 1" cup axle shaft u-joints in stock. I have broken spicers just as easy as the cheap-o duralast 10.00 u-joints. They actually are all going to break about as easy as the others probably, you just get the infinate lifetime in-store replacement value for your extra 8$... My .02
