I just installed a two and a half inch Teraflex lift with wheel spacers and I have a shake in the steering wheel do I need a steering stabilizer? I am new at the whole lift thing

Noooo did you install the wheelspacers? Were the rotor clips removed and thrown away?
Sounds like a wheel or tire issue.
This very thing happened on mine when I had DT mount my new tires and wheels, shaking on the way home. I started doing the lift work the next day and found the rotor clips still on the rotors.

So you are saying I should have removed the clips?

Absolutely!!!!!

The wheel spacers are not recessed around the bolts like the stock wheels. The wheel spacers are not going to seat probably and cause your shaking.
Even worse, work themselves loose and the tire could fall off .... Its happened.
Thank you. I actually thought to remove them and didnt.... guess Ill take all the wheels off, again.
