Bent my AEV 3.5 front trackbar bracket 2 weeks after install (long story). Going to give this one a go, my Yeti XD DL/TR are bombproof! Picking up from Ron on Friday...will update once installed:

Are those brackets on the left for a Steering Stabilizer mount?

Does look nice and beefy for construction!

Not really liking the position of that if in fact it is for a SS. When the SS gets mounted too far right, the Tie rod mounting point does in fact get in the way of the differential covers in many cases.

One of my favorite relocation design is the Metalcloak with their Tierod SS Mount to go along with it.

It is an SS mount bracket on the drivers side. You might also notice there is a hole to mount the SS in the more traditional location to the passenger side of the 2 trackbar holes. So you can pick where to mount it depending on where you need clearance the most, like inboard if your XD draglink & attenuator need clearance, or outboard if you have issues with clearance on the tierod mount as you mentioned.

It also comes with a drivers side swaybar bracket and the option to use that or mount longer links in the stock swaybar mounting locations.

Here are some installed shots the guys that work with Compliant sent me. It's a pre-release unit so install instructions aren't published yet.

It looks like a good piece to me. I'm ok with the SS mount, might just need a different mount on the tie rod to move the SS away from the diff.

Agree P! It's nice to have the option to use the bracket or standard SS mounting location. I also like the option of using swaybar link brackets or stock link mounts with longer links. Nice to be able to fit it to the specifics of your rig!

I also like that it's one piece welded 3/16 steel. We'll see if that causes any issues with fitment on the axle mount or getting the trackbar in there! I'm sure the tolerances are pretty good since it's SteerSmarts

JeepR KReapR.... It's 1/4 inch steel. Very strong and we built it strong to handle our XD trackbar when released next month. The optional stabilizer mount works great with the YETI Tie Rod linkage.

Oops, I stand corrected (off by 1/16th). Sorry Ron!

I've had a few emergency home projects and had to get the boat in the water this past weekend. I'm hoping to get a shot at putting this on sometime this holiday weekend.

I don't think I'll have any issues with the install without instructions available yet, but I haven't even had a chance to open the parts bag...just a quick look to make sure the three visible bolts, middle bolt spacer and U bolt where in there. If I run into 'what's this for???' type issues I'll shoot you a text.

Thanks again for getting this unit to me! I'll get pics up of the install once done - Steve
I run the Yeti XD Tie rod and drag link Griffin XD and the FOX ATS 2.0. I was able to finally stuff it on a ramp both sides and I am happy to report no contact to the Griffin boot or ATS.

Looks great RC!!!

My interest in the Yeti TB relocation bracket has nothing to do with clearance in my case. I wasn't even looking at it until my current front TB bracket (AEV that comes with the 3.5+ kits) bent 2 weeks after I installed it.

I'm going with the SS purely for strength at this point. Will likely drop my swaybar links back down to the stock mounting locations too since the Yet allows me that option. Not sure which SS mounting location I'll use yet, depends on how the rest of the steering linkage lines up once I have it in there.

Here's a pic with my Yeti DL/TR after I upgraded to the AEV 3.5 about a mont ago. The AEV bracket is not yet bent in this pic

I love overkill engineering and Steer Smarts stuff is beef. I love the looks of the bracket. If I need to adjust the TB in the future I will surely replace the Syngery bracket with SS bracket and TB at that time. Currently the Metal Cloak track bar is performing great but it has that cursed jam nut.

I haven't studied the Yeti XD trackbar much, although Ron did let me hold one once! lol

I'm hoping my TF monster will continue to fit the bill, from a design perspective it's almost identical to the yeti one (although I'm sure the Yeti is thicker AND heavier if it's like the rest of my SS gear). I'm not one to upgrade stuff just to get it to match, I just hope I don't have to for fitment purposes with the bracket.

I totally get you're feelings on jam nuts though...if SS made adjustable swaybar links without jam nuts I'd buy them (hint-hint @Compliant)!!!

Bracket is on!

I used the top TB mounting hole since it measured closest to the AEV bracket it replaced (only about 1/4 inch higher). TB & flipped DL are almost perfectly parallel.

Design is similar to the Synergy front TB bracket (but thicker steel), including swaybar link mount points.

Excuse the optical illusion of the swaybar in the pics, it's not really pointing that high. Pretty sure it's + 5 to 10 tops but I'll measure again to be sure.

Oh, and running without an SS for now until I figure out how I want to mount it. Drives great without it (running the XD attenuator) so I'm in no rush!

Depending on the app used swaybar angle averages @ +10 both sides. I'm happy with it!

Hey Compliant, love the bracket and the side mount tabs. Question is: are the tabs too far toward center for a PSC ram?

I haven't tried it on the hydro assist kits yet. It's on my "to do list". I'll send a couple brackets to both PSC and Redneck and let them take a look at it. I'll be installing our hydro in a couple weeks on one of our Jeeps.
