sawzall to cut the ends off the stock bumpers and $50 for the Rough Country end caps thru about any vendor that sells rough country. A rockhard4x4 winch plate that is easy to use and a VR10000 winch. Easy as can be. I have a mopar factory bumper skid plate as well.
