Noticed this bowing on my 2015 jku sahara and was wondering if its common before I take it in for replacement.

my 2010 never did that.
Thanks. 187 views and no complaints of this happening so I'll get it fixed under warranty. If it was common like the radio gap I was going to ignore it.

You sure that didn't get caught on something, or someone else hitting you?

Based on the scratch lines, I would venture to guess that it was either from prying out the plate to reset or from being pulled by something after being snagged.

No actually scratches. Those are just plastic hairs/fibers, probably from manufacturing. There is a tab on the left side that appears to have broken.

My plate's holes didn't line up that well, wonder if that caused the problem? Since there is no scratches or marks I'm going to see if the dealer will fix it under warranty, if not I'll just pretend it isn't there.
