Just learned some good stuff. Thanks but what does moab meanIt is really about sipes on wet surfaces.
Just in case this pops up again......
OEM tires by model.
Goodyear Wrangler ST (base Sport)
Goodyear Wrangler SR-A (Sport S/Freedom Edition)
Goodyear Wrangler Silent Armor (Moab)
Bridgestone Dueler A/T RH-S (Sahara)
BFGoodrich MT T/A KM (Rubicon)
BFGoodrich MT T/A KM2 (Rubicon 10A)
The 2013 Moab was the only Sahara based special edition that didn't come with the standard Bridgestones. That one came with GY Silent Armors. I almost got one of those editions because of the tires.Only question in reference to tire Pics do all Saharas have the same tires no matter which "Edition"?
Nokian Hakkapeliitta Is the best winter tire in the world, bar none... If I had a RWD only vehicle like a mustang or vette etc.. These would be a must in the snow.....If you want the last tire you''ll ever buy, get Nokian's. Ever since I bought them about 6 years ago. I'll never use another tire. You really can't debate a Finnish company that holds pretty much every significant patent on tires when it comes to snow and inclement weather performance.
