After much debating on whether to get a new tire/wheel combo, I think I'm going to start my mod process off slow and buy new wheels for now. They'll be going on my 18" stock Sahara tires for now. So many different things I want to get!

So, what do you think? Level 8 Strike 5 all black or TKOs? I really like both. Hoping someone can persuade me one way or the other. Thanks!

I have 15 inch TKOs and love them. If I was going to go Level 8, I'd go with the ZX to get the scratch guard. I'm considering upgrading to 35‘s and if I change wheel size, I'm debating between ZX and the rugged ridge with guards.

One note to consider. I understand doing your mods piecemeal, but I would be nervous picking a wheel without knowing what tires I'd be using for awhile. If you just change wheels to the same size, when going to upgrade tires, you may have limited yourself to a small set of tires available in that wheel set. So if you do it, be sure you like the tires available. I think I remember that tires for 15’s are cheaper than 16s, and 16’s cheaper than 17's, 17’s cheaper than 18’s, etc. generally speaking.

I just got back from getting 16 inch TKO's put on mine. I looked at everything, including the level 8's before i made my decision and i really like them. I am running 245/75/16 duratracs

Thanks for the input guys. I went ahead and ordered the TKOs. Hopefully they look good on my current tires! Either way they'll look better than what I have. Appreciate the feedback!

TKOs look awesome. It's the standard wheel caps that are hideous. You can get the Choas caps optional.

I have the TKO on my rig but they are being replaced by Level 8 Trackers and 35s. I love the look of the TKO but when wheeling if you slide off of a rock you will almost always hit the wheel because of the way it designed. The inset doesnt start until about 3" down on the spoke so they are a bit more prone to getting dug up...other than that its a badass looking wheel!
