New Jeep owner here. Here in Boston seems like everyone is using a Jeep to plow with. I have a brand new 2016 Wrangler Willys. I was going to purchase a Fisher SD plow, but it was over my budget. Plow with install and tax was over $5,300. I have already installed the Timbrens.

Thoughts on a different make plow that is less expensive and similar to the Fisher SD series.

$5,300 seems a little high. I had a Fisher Homesteader installed for under $3,500 out the door a couple of years ago. Just remember, when you put one of these plows on you will lose your warranty from jeep.

Only for failures caused by the plow. The dealer has to prove your additions caused the failure. Although admittedly the extra work of plow affects so many things this may be a distinction without a difference.
