I just installed a spacer lift about a month ago, including new coils, shocks, and JKS quicker discos. It was a good way to start and got me in there and taking my junk apart.

It's easy to install, but I did end up with vibes (could be from the slightly longer coils) and am installing a motor mount lift and a small body lift when they come in.

I took pictures of the install and posted them in my thread called tiny's lift. It's also got the link to the write up I used.

Have fun :D I did.
come on tiny, rubi coils are just slightly stiffer, not longer. ;) :D :D :D

BB or a small coil lift with 1" BL is a nice setup. Dirk at dpgoffroad already has a kit that comes with a small coil lift and a 1" BL/MML along with OME shocks for a great ride.

Considering the difference of schools of thought on that I'll go with what I believe to be the source of my vibes.
well a stiffer coil can still make you sit taller just like a longer coil would make you sit taller.

i don't know if you put your stock springs beside the rubi springs but i met up with a guy that had some rubi springs and i brought my stock coils and set them beside them...same height...if there was any difference it wasn't noticeable to me.

fondo, check out the dpg kit...but a BB/BL is a fine setup and if you do get rid of it after a while then just remember that you didn't spend much money on that setup.
