Has anyone heard when the super chip will be ready for the 2011?
Superchips, hypertech, et al are all in the same boat. They've been unable to crack the rolling codes that Chrysler started using in their ECU's starting with the 2011 model year.

Both are trying to get fixes for the 2011, but don't hold your breath.

Well...opinions vary. Here are a few links to various threads regarding both the superchips and hypertech tuners. Unfortunately, neither sounds like they're gonna have a version for the '11 and beyond anytime soon.

Good luck with that.

Every day some poor 11 owner asked in the superchips forum. "oct" "nov" "dec"
"jan" "Ef it-the 12 is here let's work on that one now"

Kidding bout the last one :)

Don't waste your money on tuners and other performance junk. I have a 11 2 door auto. It was a total dog on the highway. 3.73 ratio and I swapped in 4.88 gears and I run stock 32 inch tires. It now runs better in every gear and and is a tiger on the highway. No tuner can do that for ya! Before 1900 rpm at 70, now 2500 at 70 and much more horsepower on tap for real world usage. Not saying a good tuner wouldn't help it a little now, but for any performance enhancement to do much good you must regear first. Just the way it is for the 07 to 11 four speed auto.

I read on that forum that Superchip wanted to have the 2011 out before starting on the 2012.....

Don't understand how someone can hack into the IRS, CIA, FBI, and a large company like Superchip, Hypertech, etc can't break the Jeep code.

You're right. The Russians probably have one.

A tuner chip for the 2011 would be good for ONLY the 2011 3.8L Low Output. 2012 brought a new engine/transmission with different parameters, and perhaps some other changes to the ECU as well. Does anybody happen to know?

I saw Unichip claim somewhere that theirs worked with the 2011, but I don't have any personal experience along that line.
