Maybe. You'll need to post all the specifics of the lift that's on there now in order to get an accurate answer.
You're going to want to keep your axles centered, so you'll have to check your trackbars. Hopefully, they are both aftermarket adjustable ones. If not, you may need to either modify the mounting brackets or live with the axles not quite centered.
Also, you'll need to keep enough bumpstop to keep suspension parts from making contact with other parts. Not only that, but you'll need to keep the proper amount of bumpstop for the size of tire you're running.
When you lower it, you might have to decrease the size of your transfer case drop spacers.
You also might need to have the rear driveshaft shortened, but you won't know until you check it with the 3 inch springs installed.
