The bolt that holds the link to the bushing that attaches to the end of the sway bar rubbed into my frame a bit. I pry'd it away using a crobar but it only brought the other side closer. I got them both an equal amount of distance away from the frame but i know this isn't a permanent fix? What causes this and what can i do to fix it? I have a 2000 jeep wrangler sport with a four inch lift. I bought this vehicle this month and I am very new to the whole 4x4 scene. Thanks in advance..

Check and make sure your swaybar bushings are not worn or the bolts not torqued down. You have to remove the plastic sway bar cover to check them. Also make sure you are not running stock sway bar end links with a 4 inch lift.
