Trying to replace my sway bar end links. They do not want to come out. I know not to hammer on the threaded end, but how am I to remove these. They are soaking in PB Blaster as I type.

A tie rod puller will do the trick nicely. The link had a tapered pin, almost identical to a tie rod end.

Every Jeep owner needs an OTC 7503 in his tool kit.

Just did mine a couple weeks ago
I had to use PB Blaster, Heat, and a regular puller

I used a loaner pickle fork and a length of pipe.

I had to heat mine up and use a puller. It was a pain in the neck!

If you are having trouble with the top bolt, if you prop one side up, i.e. on a curb/jack stand, it will cause enough tension on the opposite link so it won't spin. The bolt should come off that way.

Finally did it. I just got a bigger FH!
