So in my attempt to remove broken sway bar (broke at ball joint) I managed to break the ball off. I've soaked it in PBblaster and tried heating the bar, but I can't get this stupid thing to budge.

Anyone have any advice on what to try next? I'm at my wits end here.

Ok, is that a tool I could rent from Autozone/Advanced/Napa?

Yes, just get a good one, not one of those ones that look like they were made with bent flat stock. What you need is something like this:

I installed JKS Quicker Discos last night and used a pickle fork to remove the old ball joint. Took some hammering.
that might work if the ball hadn't broken off.

After I snapped my second one, I trashed the stock garbage and went with an AR. Best aftermarket part on my rig and now I don't have to worry about it

Yeah, an AR is on my list, it's just not something I can justify right now.

Haven't had a chance to try the gear puller yet either.
